Scottsdale Flying Club

One well-equipped Piper Arrow, a small member-run club, and long trips encouraged.

A non-profit club at Phoenix Deer Valley Airport sharing a Piper Arrow III with an IFR panel. The Arrow trues out at up to 135 knots.

Long trips are encouraged rather than merely tolerated: members regularly fly to Northern California, Nebraska, Kansas and Michigan. The club also flies Pilots N Paws and Flights for Life missions.

The rate is dry, so members buy their own fuel and are rewarded for flying efficiently. Every board member pays the same dues and hourly rate as everyone else.

Notes

300 non refundable application fee. 100 hours + pp minimum. 15 members max. HOBBS. MX flights may be allowed. Wait list.
