Arizona Flying Clubs

Non-Traditional Flying Clubs

In a non-traditional club, the airplanes are not jointly or evenly owned among the members. Maintenance and other decisions are driven by the airplane owners, not the club members, and the owners may be making a profit. These clubs typically require you to carry non-owned (renter's) insurance. In return they often offer more aircraft, more locations, and no obligation beyond paying and flying.
