Arizona Flying Clubs

Traditional (Equity) Flying Clubs

Equity clubs are what most people think of as a traditional flying club. They are 100% non-profit with shared ownership: the members share the airplane and the insurance, and members vote on club and maintenance decisions. You do not need to buy non-owned insurance; clubs that require it are listed under non-traditional. Most charge a join fee, often partly refundable equity, plus monthly dues and an hourly rate.
